FAQs

How long is my initial no-charge chat?

We are practical and professional people. So if we are not a good fit for what you need, we will give you some helpful direction as soon as we can.

If we think we can assist you, and it is outside our service plans we already have posted on our web site, we will get the details we need in order to generate a proposed scope of work and pricing associated with it, and the Liaison Officer will coordinate the details with you.

Why Pre-Litigation Reports

Con artists are successful because they are able to cleverly short-circuit our instincts that would tell us to pause before decisiding, or to get more information.

Eventually, when we end up in court, or even mediation prior to litigation, we are best served if we know what is really going on, who his other victims were, and deal with our opponent with information that strengthens us, gives us courage, and endows us with the ability to stop the con artist from winning the game again.

How experienced are your investigators?

We do not, like many other services, employ lightly-trained people, often in developing countries who don’t understand your context, and give them a few automated search tools and say, well, that’s what we found. That’s not respectful of your needs, your risks, or your money.

We only employ multi-lingual people from diverse backgrounds who are extra curious, very smart, and experienced in how to think in a way that links clues together. Most of our operations center staff were trained in official intelligence services.

Why are background checks necessary?

You have to make commitment decisions. You want to make sure that things don’t go wrong. You do your best.

Usually things work out in life and we can handle our own misunderstandings and disputes. But it is best if we can base our decisions at the outset on the best available information, not just the one-sided nice stories that other people tell us about themselves.

Hearing about investigations makes me nervous. Is this at all questionable?

We only hire the right people, who are ethical and professionally trained. The information we use is difficult to obtain by the average citizen, but it is all either open-source, collected passively, disclosed to us freely, or received through subscription to authorized services that we pay for. We do not intercept data or hack systems. We are GDPR-compliant and respect privacy laws. We are careful so you do not have to be nervous. And we work for the good guys.

When will your custom operating system and unique line of PCs and laptops be ready to ship?

Design. Software hardening. Optimizing our supply chain. Testing. They are all vitally important and have to be working flawlessly before we will ship. So we can project Q4 of 2020, but it might be before, and it might be later. We will update you along the way through posts to our online Fitara Intel Journal.
